First time here?

Welcome to Zelda Linked Green. My name is SpikerMan, I am the creator of this website and most of what it contains. This website's main focus is about Zelda animation, I've made a fan series called The Hero Returns. A cartoon that I made for Zelda fans to enjoy. I recommened having a fast computer to view these episodes and also having played the games "Ocarina of Time" and "Majora's Mask"

So far I have completed one full series, 57 episodes, which is called the Hero Returns Series. Now I'm working on another series which is a sequal to the first series...and I am working on a series of movies The Ocarina of Time.

Before you watch I want to tell you about the series in general. The Hero Returns Series was started in 2003 and has grown and evolved into what it is today. Before you watch the series I want you to know that the first few episodes are not as high quality as the episodes further on. Why is this you ask? Because my skills of animation increased along the journey. Episode 1 was one of the first attempts to becoming just one fan film......However as I showed it to people they asked me: "So what happens next?" And I said: "Uh...Nothing...That's it." My friends wanted me to continue the story.....And so I did, now with more than 50 episodes each one of them 3 to 16 minutes long...It's one of the first Zelda animated series on the internet.

Do not judge Episode 1 as my best work.

It is not.....It's only the beginning. If you are not impressed I suggest you watch a higher quality episode first, such as Episode 30. The reason I say this is because people often watch up to Episode 3 or 4 and decide it's no good.......To me that is not fair because those first episodes were done 5 years ago.

I hope that this website can inspire and do good in the Zelda Community. For now I will continue my work and I hope you will come to visit and continue to watch, I don't get paid for this......It's a hobby.....And I think I do well to present a new fanfiction of Zelda.......In a brand new way.

Ok so I suppose your ready to stop reading this and get on to the episodes.....Well I made a new episode: Episode 1: Special Edition. So try this first and I hope you enjoy it.

After this series comes another one called Coolo Eclipso, this series starts 4 years after the Hero Returns. Coolo Eclipso was completed in one year, consists of 31 episodes, and possibly the best story line I have ever come up with, so it is definetly worth watching.

I am working on a Zelda in movie form as of now, so as I work on the movie I hope you enjoy Hero Returns and Eclipso.

Faq

When I get new fans they ask me questions, but this is different from my other site faq, this is the new guy Faq, now don't feel like this is a bad thing, but this part is just to bring you up to date with what's going on or what has happened now.

Q: Where are the video games?

A: All the games are gone, they're too large, and they really aren't that much fun so you didn't miss much.

Q: What is the Gold Card Challenge and can I play?

A: I came up with a fun simple game in which I hid a little "G" icon all around the site, and if you click on this "G" symbol you are brought to a page with a Gold image of one of the characters, this game was popular back when the site was young, but after the second one it died badly, so the game is over, the cards are still around for you to find, but there are no prizes, you can still find them and collect them for fun. An example would be at the bottom of the left frame, and scrolling all the way to the right, you'll find one there.

Q: Where are the quizzes?

A: All the quizzes have been taken down from the site, I would ask multiple choice or other kinds of questions, and whoever got them all right would get prizes such as wallpapers, avatars, and a look at a new episode before anyone else, but they're gone and not coming back.

Q: Do I get anything for completeing the Eclipso Maze?

A: At the very end of the Eclipso Maze is a Gold Card of Eclipso, however don't kill yourself over finding it and getting it because I made it plenty hard to get.

Q: Where's the Zelda Movie?

A: I have not finished it yet, I am working on it as much as I can, I hope to have it done in a year so I ask for your patience.

Q: Where is the Card Game on the Forum?

A: The card game was accidently deleted, and no back ups were made, and it was too much for me to revive so I decided to cancel it, don't worry no-one got very far in the game.

Q: Your date is wrong! It says Linked Green is two years old not 5!

A: Linked Green is two years old, the Hero Returns series is five years old, I first hosted the series on one of my first websites 5 years ago when I was up to Episode 15.

The last thing I can mention is the forum, the forum is a ghost town, don't worry about most of the things it says, I post rarely there, and if you want to be a member you can, but it's not very lively anymore.
